Analysis complete at last!
When I input a key from the M343SX keyboard, it was output to the terminal screen!
At the same time, the fact that this was possible meant that the key code was an ASCII code.

The protocol is as follows.
1. 4800Baud, 8bit, non-parity, stop bit 1
2. DSR/DTR control
3. Key code is ASCII
4. Keyboard connector pinout (final result)
This is the last entry in my analysis of the SORD M323SX-III keyboard. This analysis was very interesting and gave me a sense of accomplishment. I hope it will be useful to someone somewhere in the world who only has an M343SX-III. I'm sure there aren't any.
