SORD M68 has an RGB port and a B/W (monochrome) port as screen outputs.
The signals coming out of the RGB port are as shown in the following figure.
Since H-Sync and V-Sync are inverted, you can use an appropriate circuit to invert them and input them to the respective signals of VGA.
If the monitor is capable of displaying 24 kHz, it will display without problems.
